Its thick and firm 6.5cm pad is encased in a durable PU outer shell, ensuring maximum comfort and support during intense workouts. The updated tough wearing white stitching not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also adds long-lasting durability and strength to the pad.
Designed for convenience and durability, the solid steel ladder boasts 7 adjustable positions, ranging from 85 degrees incline to a decline of 20 degrees. Additionally, the seat features multiple adjustment angles to provide optimal support as your back angle changes.
Innovative features such as the bare steel back adjustment ladder prevent chipping and flaking of paint caused by metal-on-metal contact, setting it apart from other adjustable benches. Transporting the bench is effortless, thanks to the wheels on the rear and the convenient handle at the front, making it a practical and versatile addition to your fitness equipment line-up.

The Xpeed Preacher Arm Curl Attachment is compatible with the Xpeed X Series Adjustable FID Bench. By adding the Preacher Attachment to the X Series Adjustable FID Bench the user can isolate the muscles when training their arms. The user can perform arm curls to train their biceps and reverse curls to hit the forearms.
The Xpeed Preacher Arm Curl Attachment is made from quality heavy duty gauge steel with a stylish matte black powder coat, complimented by a comfortable thick padded arm rest covered with durable upholstery. Comes complete with a racking point for an EZY Curl Bar or Barbell.

Xpeed Leg Developer Attachment
The Xpeed Leg Developer Attachment is compatible with the Xpeed X-Series Adjustable FID Bench. By adding the Leg Developer to the X Series Adjustable FID Bench the user can train their legs. The user can perform legs curls to train their hamstrings and leg extension to develop their quads. The Xpeed Leg Developer is made from quality heavy duty gauge steel with a stylish matte black powder coat, complimented by comfortable thick padded rollers covered with durable upholstery.
The spigot itself is 30cm long and can accommodate 80 - 100kg of weight plates.
The tube dimensions are 45mm x 45mm.

All Xpeed products have a manufacturing warranty that covers the structural integrity of the product including each of its materials. All faulty products will be repaired, replaced or refunded unless,

- The product has been exposed to elements
- No proof of purchase
- Failure to service and maintain
- The claim is made by anyone else but the original owner

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
