Xpeed Warranty

All Xpeed products have a manufacturing warranty that covers the structural integrity of the product including each of its materials. All faulty products will be repaired, replaced or refunded unless,

• The claim is against normal wear and tear
• The product shows signs of negligent use
• Incorrect assembly
• The product is outside of warranty period
• The product has been exposed to elements
• No proof of purchase
• Failure to service and maintain
• The claim is made by anyone else but the original owner

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Home use models (Aura, Luma, Una): Warranty applies to residential, in-home use only. Commercial or studio use of home models voids warranty.

Commercial models: Warranty applies to commercial studio, gym and clinical use. Contact Xpeed for multi-unit commercial warranty terms.

The Exhale reformer warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. The following circumstances fall outside the warranty and may incur repair costs even within the warranty period:

• Damage resulting from incorrect use, unauthorised repairs or modifications not approved by Xpeed

• Faults caused by failure to follow the assembly or user manual instructions

• Damage caused by fire, flood, or other natural disasters

• Product failure resulting from dropping, collision or impact after installation

• Damage caused by external factors including other equipment or third-party interference

• Normal wear and tear on consumable components including springs, straps and upholstery

• Claims made without valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

• Units that have been used commercially where a home-use warranty applies

To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase and a description of the fault are required. Photo or video evidence of the defect will assist in processing your claim promptly.
