Can I do squats utilising the support arms or the smith machine?

Absolutely, you can do squats using the All-In-One Trainers as a Power Rack thanks to the functionality of the the support arms. Conversely, use the included Smith Machine for a more controlled movement and added safety, especially if you're working out alone, the Smith machine is a great option.

  • Using the Support Arms: If you prefer the feel of free weights and want to engage your stabiliser muscles more, you can set the adjustable support arms at your desired height and use a barbell for squats. This method provides more range of motion and challenges your balance, similar to a traditional squat rack.
  • Using the Smith Machine: For a more controlled movement and added safety, especially if you're working out alone, the Smith machine is a great option. The guided bar helps you maintain proper form, and you can lock the bar in place at any time, providing extra security during heavy lifts.

Both options allow you to perform squats effectively, and you can choose between them based on your training focus and comfort level.

Can I use the Xpeed All-In-One Trainers for cable flyes?

Yes, our All-In-One Trainers are designed with enough width to allow for effective chest exercises like cable flyes. The adjustable pulleys can be positioned at various heights, allowing you to customise the angle of the exercise, whether you're targeting your upper, mid, or lower chest.

The cable crossover arms are set far enough apart to create proper tension during the fly movement, which is essential for fully engaging your chest muscles. This feature ensures that you can achieve a full range of motion and get the most out of chest-focused exercises, whether you're performing flyes or other isolation movements. In addition, if you stand outside of the cage you can effectively start your flyes at a wider angle as needed.
