Small Alternating Waves
Coaching Tip: Get into a semi-squat position, hinging slightly at the hips. Grip the rope handles with a firm handshake grip and start making alternating waves. The goal is to maintain consistent movement all the way to the anchor point. Keep your elbows tucked in to emphasise the biceps and forearms.
Reps: 2 rounds of 30 seconds with 1-minute rest between.

Double Waves
Coaching Tip: Maintain a semi-squat position and use both hands to create powerful waves with the ropes. Keep your movements smooth and controlled, ensuring the waves reach the anchor point without shrugging your shoulders.

Large Alternating Waves
Coaching Tip: Adopt the same squat stance as before, but this time create larger alternating waves. The bigger the movement, the more engagement from your shoulders, core, and arms.

Lunges With Small Waves
Coaching Tip: Hold a rope in each hand with a firm handshake grip. Step back into a reverse lunge while maintaining steady alternating waves. Return to standing and switch legs, ensuring continuous movement.
