Xpeed Foam Plyo Box Set
The Xpeed Soft Plyo Box Set is perfect for cross training and plyometric training. The set includes four interlocking boxes that can be stacked in different configurations. The boxes are made of a soft, durable foam material with a tough wearing vinyl outer that is safe for use on any surface.
The Soft Plyo Box Set is a great addition to any workout routine. The set includes four different heights 15cm, 30cm, 45cm & 60cm to provide a challenging workout. The interlocking design allows the boxes to be stacked in different configurations to create a custom workout. The Soft Plyo Box Set is perfect for home or commercial gym use.

Xpeed uses multiple freight partners to ship products around Australia. Orders made before 12 noon will most likely be collected before the end of day. Orders can generally be expected to arrive within 1 - 3 business days in major metro areas and 1 -5 business days.

Warranty
Xpeed Warranty
All Xpeed products have a manufacturing warranty that covers the structural integrity of the product including each of its materials. All faulty products will be repaired, replaced or refunded unless,
- The claim is against normal wear and tear
- The product shows signs of negligent use
- Incorrect assembly
- The product is outside of warranty period
- The product has been exposed to elements
- No proof of purchase
- Failure to service and maintain
- The claim is made by anyone else but the original owner
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Plyo boxes, short for plyometric boxes, are exercise tools used primarily for plyometric training. They're sturdy platforms of varying heights typically made from wood, foam, metal, or plastic.
WHAT ARE PLYOMETRIC EXERCISES?
Plyometric exercises are high-intensity movements that involve a quick and explosive contraction of muscles. These exercises often involve jumping, bounding, or hopping movements aimed at improving power, speed, and agility.
CAN I USE A PLYO BOX FOR EXERCISES OTHER THAN PLYOMETRIC MOVEMENTS?
Yes absolutely, plyo boxes can also be used for other exercises such as step-ups, dips, incline push-ups, and even as makeshift benches for certain weightlifting exercises.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT HEIGHT FOR ME?
The appropriate height depends on your fitness level, experience, and the specific exercise you're performing. Beginners typically start with lower heights and gradually progress to higher ones as they build strength and confidence. The perfect box for this is the Xpeed 3 Sided Plyo Box.
ARE PLYO BOXES SAFE?
